We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If for whatever reason you are unhappy, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will be happy to issue a refund* or exchange your item for a different product. All return shipments must be made within 14 days of receipt. (We only accept products that are unused and in their original packaging). Once we receive the item(s), we will issue the refund or send you the requested product in exchange. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. All purchases at trunk shows and charity related events are FINAL SALE. All discounted items (discount code applied at checkout) are eligible for an exchange or store credit only if returned within the 14 day period.
*Refunds are only allowed on full price merchandise.
We take pride in carefully and beautifully packaging each order. Once the package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the post office and sometimes accidents happen. If that is the case, notify us immediately and we will do our best to resolve this issue. Please DO NOT dispose of the damaged merchandise.
Additionally once the package leaves our possession we don't have control over the speed that USPS delivers a package nor can we be held responsible for merchandise lost by the USPS.
Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
