What is Your Return Policy?

We want you to be pleased as punch with your purchase!  If for any reason you aren’t delighted feel free to return your unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it.  We will issue a refund, exchange or credit for the item(s) returned. Refunds will be in the amount of the item’s purchase price.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If there is a shipping error or an item was damaged in shipping then please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

All sale and discounted Items are final sale.

All sales at charity related events are final sale.

Can I use my Welcome 10% Off code on Sale Items?

Your unique Welcome 10% Off Code is only valid on Non-Sale Items. It cannot be combined with other discount codes. One Code Per Customer. However, it can be used for a beautiful new global treasure(s) that will make your heart sing!

All sale and discounted Items are final sale. 



What forms of payment do you accept?

JJ Caprices accepts PayPal, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay and all major credit cards.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. All orders placed in the state of Washington will be charged 10% sales tax.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, our credit card processing system complies will all PCI regulations.

I am ordering from another Country, will you be able to accept my Credit Card Payment?

Yes! BUT Please be advised that if payment is made through PayPal and for any reason your order is canceled and refunded “in full” that PayPal retains a fee for the exchange rate.



What Are My Shipping Options (US)?

  • Free USPS first class inside the continental United States on orders of $50 or more. Please allow 5-7 Business Days for delivery.

  • Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $6 for USPS first class delivery. 

  • USPS Priority Shipping (2-5 Business Days) is available for all orders for a flat rate of $12.

  • Fedex or USPS Overnight Delivery is also available if you are really in a pinch!

Note:  While this has not happened, we cannot be held responsible for merchandise lost by the USPS.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We do!  It's an honor and privilege to deliver to our military personnel.

When will my items be shipped?

As quickly as possible! Orders are normally processed and shipped the business day following receipt. 

Do you ship Internationally?

We do! Currently we ship to most countries. 

We prefer to use USPS International First Class Mail and USPS Priority International as our shipping method so that we can provide you a tracking number (plus they are a good price). 

  • USPS International First Class Mail - Please allow 7 - 21 Business Days for Delivery

  • USPS Priority International - Please allow 5 - 14 Business Days for Delivery

If your country is not listed for some reason and you want us to ship you something, just send us an email at and we will send you a quote! 

Please note that with the USPS International First Class shipping method it can take up to 3 or 4 weeks to reach its destination depending on the country to which the package is being delivered. While we always hope that both the US and receiving country's mail services are efficient, we don't have control of the speed in which it arrives once the item(s) leave our shop. 

If you wish to have your package delivered via a different service (Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc), please write us at info@jjcaprices for an estimate.

Will I have to pay Duties & Taxes on my international order?

International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. JJ Caprices has no control over this. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.

 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 



What is your privacy policy?

It is simple. We will not share any personal information (unless required to do so by law).

Do you gift wrap?

We sell handmade and hand-painted items. The joy of such pieces is that each is a one-of-a-kind, like the artist that created it. It may happen that the piece we deliver to your door may not match the one you see in the picture exactly, but that’s what makes it special. JJ Caprices, by design, deals in small surprises, and we recognize that some are more fun than others.
